CHELSEA, MA — June 21, 2023 — Metro Credit Union, the largest state-chartered credit union in Massachusetts, today announced that Roxana Rivadeneira has been named Branch Manager of its Lawrence branch located at 215 South Broadway, and Kristine DeBellis has returned as Branch Manager of its Tewksbury branch located at 1527 Main St.

Rivadeneira and DeBellis are responsible for managing daily operations at their respective branches, supervising, coaching, and assisting with staff development, determining individual and team sales goals, and working directly with Metro members to provide financial guidance and education.

Rivadeneira joined Metro in 2011 as a Senior Branch Sales & Service Representative. In September 2019, she was promoted to Branch Supervisor and in 2021 to Assistant Branch Manager. She enjoys volunteering and traveling with family, and lives in Lawrence, MA.

DeBellis served as Branch Manager at Metro’s Tewksbury location for five years and is returning to the role after one year at Digital Federal Credit Union in Lexington. Previously, she was the Assistant Branch Manager at Metro’s Burlington location. Prior to joining Metro, DeBellis was a Store Manager at Salem Five Bank. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, and gardening, and resides in North Chelmsford, MA.
