Tewksbury, MA, June 30, 2022 – Metro Credit Union, Massachusetts’ largest state-chartered credit union, today announced Nancy Brown has joined the Credit Union as Branch Manager of its location based in Tewksbury, Mass. The Tewksbury branch, located at 1527 Main Street, is part of Metro’s total network of 19 branches across the state.

In her role, Brown will oversee management of the full-service branch office, ensuring exceptional member service, optimizing operating efficiency, and promoting Metro Credit Union within the community. She will be responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership of branch staff.

Prior to joining Metro Credit Union, Brown held similar roles as a Branch Manager, Assistant Treasurer, and Officer at StonehamBank in Billerica and as an Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager at Reading Cooperative Bank. She has worked within the financial services industry for over 13 years and has advanced knowledge of customer service, management, and sales.

Brown received her certificate in Sandler Sales Training from the Bob Kaiser Training Program and has completed coursework at the New England School of Financial Studies at Babson College. She is skilled in client relationships, compliance, consumer lending, and retail banking.
