Now with Metro Connect, if Chelsea doesn’t have the answer you’re looking for, you can request to speak with a Metro Service Specialist during normal business hours! All you need to do is click the chat icon and type "speak with an agent".
Once you’ve verified* your identity, you can do almost anything you'd expect to do in a branch or on the phone, including:
- Open new accounts
- Open or close CDs
- Make a withdrawal via official check
- Add a joint holder to the account
- Transfer funds between your accounts or to another member’s account
- Make a payment to a Metro loan from a Metro account
- And more!
